The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We process your data exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as the type and purpose of its use
2.1 When visiting the website
When you access our website, the following data is automatically collected by the hosting provider:
IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of the request
Name and URL of the page accessed
Referrer URL (the previously visited website)
Browser and operating system used
This data is collected for technical purposes to ensure the security and stability of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). This data is not combined with other data sources.
2.2 Using our contact form/requesting information
When you contact us via the contact form, request information/white papers, or by email, we store the following data:
name
E-mail address
Phone number (if provided)
Message content
This data will be stored exclusively for processing your request and subsequently deleted, unless there are legal retention obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
2.3 Data processing in the context of personnel consulting
As part of our personnel consulting services, we collect and process the following personal data:
Applicant data: Name, contact details, CV, qualifications, certificates, professional experience
Company data: Name, contact person, position, contact details
The processing of this data is carried out for the purpose of providing our consulting services and for mediating between candidates and companies (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
Applicant profiles will only be forwarded to potential employers with your prior consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
2.4 Applicant pool and F*D/Match
Applicants can voluntarily register for our talent pool. Data is stored only with explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Data in the talent pool will be deleted after two years at the latest, unless renewed consent for further storage has been given.
3. Disclosure of data to third parties
Your data will only be shared in the following cases:
To potential employers (only with your explicit consent)
To IT service providers who operate our systems (data processing on behalf of a controller pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR)
To authorities, if there is a legal obligation
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage and Deletion
Your personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes.
Applicant data: 6 months after the completion of an application process, unless consent has been given for longer storage in the talent pool.
Customer data: 6 years after termination of cooperation (tax and commercial law retention obligations).
Server log files: 14 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
5. Your rights as a data subject
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You can request a copy of the data stored about you.
Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): If your data is incorrect or incomplete, you can request a correction.
Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You can request the erasure of your data, provided there are no legal retention obligations.
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): If you wish to restrict processing, you can request this.
Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): If you wish to receive your data in a structured format, you can request this.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You can object to the processing of your data if we rely on a legitimate interest.
